The Armywheeling.com Honor Roll
There are many organizations on the web today that honor our service men and women. This page will provide links to these sites and a small description. Take a minute and visit some of these sites.
Operation Remembrance provides
memory boxes to the spouse or parents (if the Soldier was single) of Soldiers
killed while serving overseas in Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi
Freedom. They also provide memory boxes to the families of those who die
tragically while on active duty. It is the hope of Operation Remembrance that
they can provide memory boxes to all Veteran’s families, and instead of
representing a life cut short it will help memorialize the long life of a
dedicated Soldier. Click the picture to navigate to the Operation
Remembrance website and get additional information.
Wheelers for the Wounded is an
organization with the goal of providing a weekend of off-roading and camping to
our country's wounded military members all over the United States. This will
provide them with much deserved fun and excitement as they traverse the most
extreme terrain our great country has to offer in a variety of the best off-road
capable vehicles ever built. Click the purple heart to navigate to the
website and get additional information about this great effort.
Military
Jeepers is an online community which was started in December of 2007 as a way to
help connect Jeep owners that share a common bond, they are all serving or have
served in the U.S. Military. Through the use of the community discussion board
and chat room, members are able to share information about local clubs, events,
sites they find useful and generally exchange information about jeeps.
