CAOS4x4 Fall for All 08
Gray Rock ORV Park

The Central Alabama Offroad Society hosted the annual Fall for All trail ride at the Gray Rock ORV park from Oct 24th to the 26th.  We arrived Friday afternoon and set up our camp site and unloaded the Jeep.  We didn't wheel Friday but did manage to meet the neighbors and checked out some great looking rigs.  We took off Saturday morning on a guided trail ride to get to know the park and then went on our own for the rest of the weekend.  We had a great time and Sean finally put some scratches on his Jeep.  Check out all the pictures and video of our trip by clicking the appropriate link in the menu.

Ol'skool4x4.com is a web site that hosts trail rides in the El Paso, Las Cruces, Fort Bliss area.  It's run by Duane, a retired Soldier, who does a great job guiding trail rides.  Look him up at his web site by clicking the banner or visiting www.olskool4x4.com and see when he is wheelin' again.  Take a look in our photo album for pictures of a trail ride hosted by Ol'skool4x4.  The pictures are in the Dona Ana Trail ride album.

Wheelersforthewounded.org is a non-profit site dedicated to helping our wounded heroes experience the sport of offroading.  The founder, Jason, is currently serving as a civilian in Iraq.  Once he returns to the United States next year he will conduct an offroad adventure passing through several states.  Our wounded warriors will be able to join him on this trip and experience the great outdoors from the comfort of a brand new Jeep.  If you would like to be involved I would encourage you to visit the website by clicking the purple heart above.  The site has all the details you will need as well as contact information if you would like to participate.  I wish Jason all the best of luck during his tour in Iraq and look forward to his return.
